Better late than never but I did get some feedback for you on your session with NASDAQ. The session overall was viewed very positively and had immediate impact. One participant in particular named XXX said it has changed the way she views her work within NASDAQ and is applying it everyday. The biggest difference was that you had a very clear understanding of each of the individuals in the room. You were able to take this into account and to tweak the training in the best way for both the needs of the class but also the individuals. This is rare as to many instructors want to run the "play by play' book, I personally believe that you get the best type of training out of innovation as it really gets the participants involved. Open discussion is clearly the key…the same can be said for that of when meeting with customers. Let your customers do the talking, amazing what you can learn.
